Would You Give Us Your Feedback?

By Stephen Hamilton | 12 February 2014

We want your feedback. Honest feedback from actual customers is incredibly valuable to businesses who are prepared to use it. So we're asking for your feedback on your experiences when dealing with us, QIS Packaging.

This might sound controversial, but simply put, we want your feedback because it helps us gain more business. You can split feedback into two broad groups - the positive and the negative.

Let's consider negative feedback, and how we will use any that we may collect.

Firstly, we will look at any feedback that is critical and closely examine if there is any way we can improve our systems, products or service. Where there is smoke there is fire, so if we can gain some insight into where we are letting our customers down, we want to know about it.

Secondly, we will communicate (if appropriate) with the person providing this feedback, to let them know what we've done to try and improve things for next time, and to make sure they are now satisfied.

Listening to and acting upon negative feedback means we get better at keeping customers, and that means more business.

Positive feedback is also valuable. Smart business are able to leverage positive feedback and reviews to appeal to potential customers, thus gaining more business.

How to leave us feedback

You can do this in a variety of ways, and we don't mind how you do it.

You can submit feedback via our web feedback form. If you've got negative feedback, we would appreciate if you would use this method, so we can sort it out quickly. But again, whatever your preference suits us - all feedback is valuable!

You could also leave a review - we would particularly appreciate this if you've got positive feedback!
