Getting your logo printed on carry bags is one of the best ways to grow your brand — your customers advertise for you every time they carry one. So how does it actually work? Here's the QIS Packaging printing process, start to finish. Our express printed range takes roughly 2–4 working weeks plus delivery.
Step 1: Enquiry
Choose your bag type, size, number of print colours, one- or two-sided printing, and quantity (our minimum run is 500 bags). Browse the printed range, hit "enquire now" and submit your details and artwork — or email quotes@qispackaging.com.au or call 1800 555 343.
Step 2: Quoting
We prepare a personalised quote based on your requirements — allow 2–3 working days.
Step 3: Quote approval
Happy with the quote? Return it signed and dated, and send your artwork in .ai or .eps format.
Step 4: Artwork proof
Our in-house graphic designer prepares a PDF proof and emails it to you for approval.
Step 5: Signed artwork approval
Approve the proof by returning it signed and dated. One free revision is included; further revisions may incur a small fee.
Step 6: Deposit
We require a 30% deposit to begin the job.
Step 7: Screen or plate
Your artwork is prepared onto a silkscreen or flexoplate, depending on the bag.
Step 8: Printing
Our printers carefully print your design onto the bags. Here's one of our printers in action:
Step 9: Invoice
When the bags are ready, we send the final invoice.
Step 10: Despatch
Once payment is received, we despatch your printed bags Australia-wide — or you can pick them up from our Archerfield (Brisbane) warehouse.
Need something more complex, like a full graphic or gusset printing? We also offer custom printed & manufactured jobs with a longer lead time. Questions? Email quotes@qispackaging.com.au or call 1800 555 343.
