Both are plastic ribbons that curl with scissors. Curling ribbon is a narrow 5mm ribbon on 457m rolls. Florist tear ribbon is 30mm wide on 90m rolls and can be torn by hand into thinner strands, so one roll covers lots of bouquets and balloons.
