Pricing & Payment

Yes — all of our prices are inclusive of GST.

Sending freight across Australia takes time, handling and fuel. Whether freight is charged separately or built into a price, you're always paying for it. We make every effort to keep freight prices fair, and you can choose to organise your own freight at checkout.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. You can also pay for your order when collecting from our warehouse.

Our products are sold in different ways — some in cartons of 1,000, others in packs of 50 — depending on the item. We also often drop the unit price when you buy more than two of an item. Buy more, save more!


Delivery & Pickup

Delivery timing depends on a few variables:

  • Your location
  • Business days left in the week (factoring in weekends and public holidays)
  • Whether you've specified a particular delivery day or time

We can't guarantee precise delivery dates, but you can estimate based on your postcode using our freight calculator.

No, we do not offer express post.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. However, we're very flexible — if you can't make those hours, we're happy to arrange a meet-up before 8:30am, after 4:30pm, or even at the warehouse on a Saturday if arranged in advance.


Orders, Stock & Samples

We do our best to keep large quantities of all products in stock. Occasionally we run out — lead time usually adds only about three extra working days. Some imported products may take longer, but we'll always contact you to advise of any delays.

Unfortunately not, for a few reasons:

  • Bags are pre-packaged.
  • We don't want customers to receive 99 bags instead of 100.
  • We carry such an extensive range that keeping sample boxes for every item isn't possible.

Instead, our showroom is designed to show you exactly what each item is.

Our quantities are set up to save you money — buying in bulk means better prices, and we take pride in doing the best we can for customers. Sometimes there are practical minimums too, because our suppliers have weight and quantity structures that affect us.


Product Questions

No — paper can't melt, so paper bags aren't heat sealable. The only way to seal paper bags is glue with a heating agent, and we don't have that equipment.

Yes — all of our plastic bags are heat sealable. Different heat settings are used depending on the micron thickness and type of plastic.

There are three different tape adhesives, each optimised for different surfaces:

Acrylic — sticks to plastics really well:

  • PP100TR48X75
  • PP101TR48X75

Hot Melt — a great all-purpose tape for neutral-temperature environments (too hot or cold and it will come off):

  • PP105TR48X75
  • PP105BR48X75

Natural Rubber — perfect for cardboard:
