What is a die cut handle carry bag?

A die cut handle bag is a flat-top LDPE plastic carry bag where the handle is formed by punching an oval hole directly into the bag itself — no separate handles to attach or break off. Made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) film, they're thick enough to carry a full retail purchase, glossy enough to look the part on a boutique counter, and light enough to keep your cost per bag low. All measurements include the handle area.
