Yes you can, although the process isn't as simple as buying some bags and printing on them. Printing needs to be done when the bags are actually being made. What is the lead time to obtain printed show bags?

Show bags manufactured in Australia will take about 6 weeks from approval of artwork. If volume is involved then importing from overseas will save you an enormous amount of money. However it will take 12-14 weeks from artwork approval.
