By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. By accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

At QIS, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value for our products. Our 5% Price Guarantee ensures that you can purchase packaging products at competitive prices. This campaign has been offered to provide customers with the opportunity for QIS to quote and beat pricing from other suppliers you may use. This 5% price guarantee cannot be used on existing, current or past quotes provided by us and can only be used for orders placed or intended to be placed with other third-party packaging companies.

1. Invoice requirements: To qualify for the 5% Price Guarantee, you must obtain a written invoice or quote from an Australian registered supplier who is registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). This invoice must be provided to QIS for verification.
2. Verification process: The invoice and all associated documentation must be identical to the products offered by QIS. This includes specifications including but not limited to GSM, material, colour, sizing and other relevant attributes. QIS reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether the products match.
3. Exclusion of shipping and handling charges: For the purposes of the 5% Price Guarantee, shipping and handling charges will not be matched or included in the price comparison. The comparison will solely be based on the product prices without these additional charges.

This promotion is running for the period between Friday 27 September to Sunday 5 January 2025 and may be extended or terminated earlier at our sole discretion without notice or reason.

Product exclusions: The 5% Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• Products on clearance or sale.
• Special promotional items or limited-time offers.
• Products purchased from auction websites or unauthorised sellers.
• Other discounted campaigns where applicable.

Campaign restrictions: Only one promotional campaign or offer may be used at any one time. Campaigns cannot be combined with the 5% Price Guarantee or with other promotional offers.

To submit a price guarantee request, customers must:

1. Obtain a written invoice or quote from an eligible supplier.
2. Submit the invoice along with your QIS order details to quotes@qispackaging.com.au.
3. Include any necessary documentation that verifies the lower price you have received from another supplier which you are asking us to approve the 5% price guarantee for.

Refund or credit details: If the price guarantee is approved, we will provide you with an updated quote to include the 5% price reduction on the external quote you have received.

Multiple claims: Customers may submit multiple claims for different products; however, each claim must comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Each claim will be assessed on an individual basis or a consolidated basis depending on the claim made, which will be decided at our sole discretion.

Modification of terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Customer responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the comparison is made against a legitimate source and to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a claim.

Legal compliance: This price guarantee is intended to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising and pricing guarantees.

Acceptance of terms: By submitting an invoice for the 5% Price Guarantee, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
