Whether you're posting documents, clothing or fragile goods, the right packaging keeps your products safe and your customers happy. Here's a quick run-through of QIS Packaging's mailing solutions — and when to use each.
New to shipping? Start with our guide on what to do (and avoid) when shipping products to customers.
Courier bags
Also called air bags, satchels or poly-mailers, courier bags are strong, lightweight and feature a tamper-evident seal — they can't be opened without tearing, so any interference is obvious. Ideal for soft, unbreakable goods.
Bubble bags & bubble wrap
For fragile items like glass and ceramics, bubble bags add cushioning in a tidy mailer, while bubble wrap protects awkward shapes and sizes (and can be cut to size on request).
Void fill
To protect boxed items, void fill cushions the gaps and is eco-friendly and biodegradable.
Paper & plastic bubble mailers
Paper mailers with bubble wrap inside combine sturdy kraft paper with internal cushioning and an easy-peel seal — great for fragile goods with privacy. For moisture-sensitive items, plastic maxi pack mailers add a water-resistant outer.
Jiffy padded bags
Padded with recycled material, jiffy bags are a simple, protective option for small fragile items, in six sizes.
Tape
Don't forget packing tape and dispensers to seal boxes securely.
