Light, even cartons
Uniform cartons of similar weight hold together well with 20 micron natural wrap (380m), which gives the most metres per roll. Mixed or heavier pallets

Keeping contents private

Small bundles and long items
Pipes, timber lengths, rolled goods and small stacks of boxes are easier to secure with 100mm bundle film on a bundle wrap dispenser. It works like pallet wrap at a width you can manage with one hand.
Wrapping faster and more evenly

Heavy, tall or unstable loads
Wrap alone is not always enough for a heavy or top-heavy pallet. Add strapping with buckles or seals to tie the load to the pallet, and close cartons with packaging tape before wrapping. Our strapping page covers widths and tools.

How long does pallet wrap take to reach Sydney?
Orders in before 12pm on a weekday leave Archerfield that day. Expect about 2 business days to Sydney metro and 2 to 6 business days to regional NSW, counted from the day after ordering.
Why does freight change from order to order?
Pallet wrap rolls are heavy, and freight is priced on weight and delivery postcode through our freight partner TIG. At checkout you choose a cheaper slower carrier, a faster one, or Australia Post, and the freight cost is shown before you pay. For a rough figure first, try the calculator on our freight page.
Is pallet wrap sold by the carton?
No, each roll is sold on its own, so you can buy one roll to test a gauge or a dozen for a busy month. All of our pallet wrap rolls are 500mm wide, and the length depends on the gauge, from 300m to 380m.
What are pallet top sheets for?
A top sheet goes over the top of a stacked pallet before you wrap, and the film then holds it in place. It keeps dust and rain off the top layer of cartons, which helps when loads wait in an open yard or on a dock. Ours are 1680x1680mm, clear or black, in packs of 250.
Should I use stretch wrap or shrink wrap?
Stretch wrap clings to itself as you pull it around the load and needs no heat, which is why it suits hand wrapping. Shrink wrap is tightened with heat. Our stretch wrap vs shrink wrap page compares the two.
