Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my printed calico bags take?
Our lead time for printed bags is 2-3 weeks from artwork approval, plus delivery, which varies depending on your location. You can check out our delivery times here.

How do you print your bags?
For our stock range, we print in-house with our specialised printing machine. Take a look at our printing process below:

What sort of artwork do I need to supply?
You will need to supply an illustrator vector file (either .ai or .eps). You will also need to make sure the logo or artwork is a single colour. Our friendly design team can help you out if you have any questions.

How accurate is your printing process?
We make every effort to keep our printing as accurate and high quality as possible. However, as is the case with any print job, there are small tolerances which can vary depending on the size of the print and bag. These tolerances are not usually noticeable at all (within millimetres). Issues are more likely to occur when your artwork contains a large block of solid colour, but our design team can assist you with these enquiries and help you with a solution.

What is the difference between printing on natural and black calico?
Printing onto black calico bags does not give as vibrant results as on natural calico depending on the colour chosen. It is recommended that you use bright colours or white if you are printing on black calico.
