Where Brisbane businesses use tissue paper
Being close to our warehouse means you can buy one colour at a time and restock quickly. Here is how local customers use it.
Hampers and gift boxes
Scrunched or folded tissue makes a soft base in a hamper and fills gaps between items. Red tissue (500x750mm) under a gusseted cellophane bag (150x300mm) works for smaller gift packs, and our Christmas packaging page covers the seasonal extras.
Gift shops and party suppliers
Bright reams like yellow and orange tissue are easy to pair with handle-free paper gift bags. A few curls of red curling ribbon finish a present in seconds. See our gift shop packaging for more.
Weekend markets and pop-ups
Stallholders can collect from Archerfield on a Friday afternoon and wrap sales in lime green or white tissue on the day. Our market stall packaging page has bags to match, and paper bags Brisbane covers carry bags in stock locally.
Florists and wedding stylists
A layer of dark cerise tissue under a bouquet wrap adds depth, and white tissue suits table settings and favours during wedding season. Our florist packaging and ribbon pages have the trims.
Clothing and online orders
Brisbane fashion stores and online sellers fold garments into white tissue before they go in a bag or mailer. The online store packaging page explains how tissue fits into a shipping order.
Storing delicate items
For garments, papers and keepsakes going into storage, acid-free white tissue at 19gsm is the better sheet. The acid-free tissue paper page lists the two sizes, and the acid-free explainer sets out how it differs from standard tissue.
